Private Information Collection and Usage Agreement

You agree that L&K Co., Ltd. is entitled to collecting and using private information in forming partnership.
1.Information Collected : Name(Proposer), email, contact information.
2.Purpose of Collecting and Using Information : Providing information to allow L&K Co., Ltd. to consider
   partnership proposal.
3.Duration of Possession and Destroying Information : The information will be kept until the partnership
   consideration process is complete, and will be maintained up to 6 months for keeping internal procedure
   records before being destroyed.

※ You cannot make a partnership proposal if you refuse to provide the information required.
